They are encouraged to undertake these courses and on successful completion, this will lead to further education overseas including masters and/or a doctorate.

Also employees are sent on a regular basis to exhibitions around the world related to their field.

It’s our goal to become the best training provider of employees in Libya. In order to make it a reality, Waha has developed over the years its own state-of-the-art training centre - It is already a registered centre for the Cambridge certificate for PET, KET, FCE as well as TOFL and IELTS.

Engineers and technicians are often brought from the oil fields to Tripoli for technical training.
