Waha Oil Company intends to executed project (SOR 2178) replacement of existing Freon (R-12) refrigeration system in Faregh Phase I gas plant in Libyan Desert with a new Propane refrigeration system.

Scope of work includes:-
Design, supply, construct & commission a new propane mechanical refrigeration system complete with all mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation and control accessories on fast track approach.

 The total duty of the package is about 10 MMBTU/HR. The aim of the system is to chill different natural associated gas streams totaling to about 100 MMSCFD to about -20 ˚F.

· Invitation to prequalification shall not be considered as an invitation to bid.

· Enrollment in the prequalification process does not guarantee being the final  
  bidders list of the project.

· Incomplete responses will be rejected, without mention the reason.

· Any queries shall be to the Secretary, Tender’s committee.

· The invitation to bid will be sent only to the chosen companies based on the
   Pre-qualification
