Hazards to health while driving	المخاطــــر الصحيــــــة اثناء القيــادة
Open the windows of the car while getting in and leave it open to refresh before moving.	افتح نوافذ باب السيارة عند ركوبها واتركها لفترة حتى تتهوى قبل التحرك.
Based on scientific research, it is found that there is a gas called gasoline . Emitted from the seats , tablon, air refreshers and seat covers. When parking your car in the sun particularly when the weather temperature is higher than 15 °C degrees or 60 °F	فبناء على ابحاث علمية وجدوا ان هناك غاز يسمى البنزين ينبعث من المقاعد والطبلون ومعطرات الجو والتنجيد الداخلى فى السيارة خلال ايقافها بالشمس بالذات وخاصة حين تكون حرارة الطقس اعلى من 15 °  درجة سيليزية او 60 ° فهرنهايت .
This gas is very poisonous, while inhaling for a long period human. ( it cannot be avoided while entering the car ) it is concentrated in the blood and bone poisoning, causing anemia and the decreasing in white blood cells . In the long run is one of leukaemia, cancer and abortion.	هذا الغاز يعتبر سام جدا وفي حين استنشاقه لفترات طويلة من قبل الانسان ( وهو امر لا يمكن تجنبه حين الدخول الى السيارة ) فإنه يتركز فى الدم مسببا تسمم العظام والأنيميـا و نقصاً فى كريات الدم البيضاء وعلى المدي البعيد يتعرض المرء لمرض اللوكيميا السرطانية والاجهاض .
For the information, the acceptable rate for the carcinogenic poison gas in closed areas should be 50 mg per square foot, but while the car is parked in a closed garage the percentage increase in the car will be 400 to 800 mg . if you have parked the car directly under the sun , equivalent to temperature of 15 °C or 60 °F  degrees . The proportion of gas in the car, jumps from 2000 to 4000 mg or more than acceptable rate by 40 times	وللعلم فإن المعدل المقبول لهذا الغاز السام المسرطن فى الاماكن المغلقة يجب ان يكون 50 ملم للقدم المربع ، ولكن حين تكون السيارة مغلقة ومركونة فى كراج البيت المسقف فإن النسبة ترتفع فى السيارة الى 400-800 ملغ اما اذا ركنت السيارة فى الخارج تحت الشمس مباشرة تعادل حرارتها 15 درجة سليزية او 60 فهرنهايت ، فإن نسبة الغاز فى السيارة تقفز الى 2000 -4000 ملغ اى يفوق المعدل المقبول بـ 40 مرة !
The solution is that to let windows down and leave car doors open for a while before  moving .	الحل هو بأن تنزل النوافذ وتترك ابواب السيارة مفتوحة لفترة قبل ركوبها لتسمح بتجديد الهواء فيها .
Don’t forget  my dear passenger that gasoline gas is very dangerous & it will leave  a toxic effect on the liver and kidneys hence making it difficult to be expelled from the body	لا تنسى عزيزى الراكب بأن غاز البنزين سام ويترك اثاراً خطرة على الكبد والكلى ومن الصعب على الجسم ان يطرده .
